This painting is a part of the series ‘Where the Light Breaks Through’. This series was inspired by my ongoing love of cityscapes. In this painting geometric shapes create an image of a bridge. There is a kind of everyday magic in bridges. They take you through time and space to somewhere new. Acrylic paint, gesso, pencil on canvas, 12x36. Signed on back.
Where it's been: It was on view at the Leon Leger Gallery, in the Historic Church of Barachois.
